The Principle Company (QSI/LTD)
The Principle Company is Qi-Synergy’s International Ltd. (QSI/LTD) an Offshore Company and holds the international ownership rights in patent and copyrights to Evergreen Qi-Synergy Program (EQSP) and Evergreen Qi-Synergy Art (EQSA) and has given the franchise right to M/s. Qigong Evergreen Health Sdn Bhd (QEH/SB) incorporated in Malaysia, under a unique and special contractual arrangement.

The Franchise Company - QEH/SB
The Franchise Company is M/s. Qigong Evergreen Health Sdn Bhd (QEH/SB), registration No. 288065A incorporated in Malaysia since 25/1/1994. It is located at 21A (1st Floor) Jalan SS 2/75, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia, Post Code 47300 Petaling Jaya. The office telephone is 603-7759070, Facsimile Fax No. 603-7759258 and the Email address is qi-syn@tm.net.my. It is headed by Master Wong Mun Chong who is the Managing Director and Chairman of this Company. The Company consults, manages, markets and conducts the EQSP and EQSA on behalf and contractual arrangement with Qi-Synergy International Ltd.

COPYRIGHTS / PATENTS / TRADEMARKS

The EQSP and the EQSA are patented and protected under worldwide coverage of copyright law in books, documents and films. The logo for the company is under the worldwide trademark protection registered with the relevant government authorities.

COMPANY’S POLICY

The Company was set up as follows:

a) i) To conduct EQSP courses to help the sufferers of debilitating health problems and other general health problems to improve or to recover their good health completely.

ii) To impart the knowledge of EQSA to participants/disciples to use in order to maintain and improve a better quality of life as time goes on.

iii) To help healthy participants to prevent future debilitating health problems e.g. Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, stroke, heart attack, diabetes etc.

iv) Generally to help deserving people to be an asset and not a liability to themselves and their loved ones, their companies, their friends, their societies and their countries.

b) To help people to help themselves through helping others in the ‘FREE PROGRAM’ - The disciples Special Refund Program (DSRP) - The disciples/participants can get the EQSP course free by helping others who are having health problems or simply people who want a healthier and better quality of life.

c) To provide rewarding career/vocation opportunity to people as Health Ambassador (HA) who opted to help other people in spreading the message of good health and better quality of life.

d) To utilise part of the income for further good works by helping to make a better place to live in and to help the deserving poor to better themselves economically and socially so that they are an asset to themselves, their families, their society and their countries instead of being a liability.
To help worthwhile and deserving projects and causes in alleviating human sufferings in terms of economical and health assistance.

e) The main drive and focus for charity purpose will be by Mary Mother’s Foundation which is founded and headed by Master Wong Mun Chong. It is opened to deserving causes irrespective of political background, race, religion, sex, creed or whatever that divides the human race. In other words, it is opened to deserving human beings.

GENERAL DOCUMENTARY PROCEDURES

Applications to any and every type of programs, courses or positions must first be done by filling up an application form and submitting to M/s. Qigong Evergreen Health Sdn Bhd by fax, by Email, by post, by hand, by courier or by the QEH/SB special internet access together with the necessary required documents and payment.
Approval or rejection will be given as soon as possible so as not to inconvenient everyone, and the reply is not more than a week of arrival at the QEH/SB office. If there is unnecessary delay, please lodge a complaint direct to the top management and speedy action will be carried out to remedy any delay. (Please give time for deliveries through post/mail or even courier for sometimes they are notoriously slow, in some places or from same places.

Application and Documentary for Evergreen Qi-Synergy Program (EQSP)
To apply for the EQSP course, please fill up the official form used by the company in the internet access in our website on our homepage as well as the questionnaire. This will enable us to effectively evaluate and prepare you for the course as follows.

1. Fill in the application form for the EQSP course.

2. Fill in the health questionnaires.

3. Fill in the miscellaneous questionnaires.

4. Return the above forms by Email, by fax, by post, by courier or by whatever methods to reach our office for evaluation and processing.

5. Pay a booking fee of 20% (twenty percent) for the EQSP Course against total amount by post, by hand, by courier using bank draft or cashier order made out in the name payable or benefit of M/s. Qigong Evergreen Health Sdn Bhd payable in Malaysia, or by telegraphic bank transfer (T.T.).

6. For the successful candidate, please sent 3 passport sized photos for usage for the Evergreen Qi-Synergy (EQS) disciple identity card, the graduation certificate and company filing reference. Within one week of the arrival of the application form in the QEH/SB office premise and the 20% (twenty percent) booking fee, the company will inform the applicant by whichever media/means most convenient/fastest to inform the applicant of the result of the applications. If the application is accepted, the company will inform the applicant the full details of the EQSP course details, timetable and whatever details essential to the knowledge of the applicant. A timeframe and limit will also be given to the applicant for the balance of payment in order to secure and firm the company’s booking of board and lodging, seminar/workshop facilities of the relevant hotel, by our advance payment to the relevant hotel.

Application and Documentary Procedure for “Free Healing Program”
To apply the “Free Healing Program” you must already be a disciple or is undergoing the “EQSP” course. The application form will be freely available to those of above and full particulars to be filled up. A small processing fee is charged and approval is normally being granted within a few days of processing.

Application and Documentary Procedure for Health Ambassador (HA)
To apply for the Health Ambassador, one must be a disciple or in the process of undergoing the “EQSP” course. The application form will be freely available to those above and full particulars to be filled. You have to submit together with 2 copies of passport photos for the HA identity card and for filing purpose. A small processing fee will be charged and approval is normally being granted after a few days of processing and the HA particulars will be incorporated into the HA section of Master Wong’s homepage.

Application and Documentary Procedure for other programs and matters
Other types of applications for other programs and matters have to be obtained by disciples or in the process of being one, are at the office by Email, personal appearances, by fax or by mail or by telephone. From time to time, this section will be upgraded and other relevant information may be obtained from the special news/announcement section of the homepage.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

1. The EQSP is opened to anyone wishing i) to improve himself/herself in health ii) and for the prevention of health problems iii) as well as the maintenance of good health and youthfulness.

2. The EQSP and EQSA is non-religious, no chanting, no mumbo-jumbo, non-magical and non-invasive. Physically during the program, no drugs, medication or needles are used but consumption of health supplements of vital or essential nutrients e.g. fruits, vitamins and nutrient herbs are encouraged.

3. The EQSP and EQSA are suitable for people of any age, race or sex but definitely, simple comprehension of the principles involved must be present i.e. not suitable for people already suffering from dementia, Alzheimer’s disease or other health problems which limit their hand and simple body movements and simple comprehension of the course principles.

4. The results and testimonies given by students/disciples are true, real and definite but no guarantees are given/attached to the EQSP and EQSA but past observations of the beneficial results of the EQSP and EQSA were consistent, real and definite.

5. Interested party who wishes to enrol for the EQSP have to complete an application form in full and send it a) by post b) by hand c) by fax d) by Email e) by our Company’s Email format, together with a 20% (twenty percent) booking fees.

6. The Company QEH/SB will vet each application and inform the applicant. Successful applicant will be informed and required to pay the balance of the course within a certain timeframe. (It will be stated in the special announcements/news page). Unsuccessful applicant will be informed by suitable media i.e. post, Email, fax etc. and the 20% (twenty percent) booking fee will be refunded in full without any charges or interest.

7. The successful applicant has to provide 3 passport size photographs together with relevant documents for the usage onto a disciple identity card, graduation certificate and filing references.

8. To apply for the “FREE HEALING PROGRAM” in the Disciples Special Refund Program (DSRP) “Helping yourself THROUGH HELPING OTHERS”, you have to enrol in the EQSP course and after graduation/finishing the course, then only you are qualified to apply. Application forms are available in the course centre and you can submit the application during the course itself. The approval itself will be within a matter of 3 days, and you will be duly informed even during the course itself.

9. To apply for the Health Ambassador, you must be a disciple of Master Wong i.e. you have already attended Master Wong’s EQSP course. You have to fill up a form, together with 2 passport size photographs, a small processing fee and other necessary documents as required.

10. Each and every type of programs hosted/managed by QEH/SB will have different written guidelines and procedures and it will be displayed in the announcements.

11. The EQSP course is intended only for the participant/disciple personal usage only and not for him to teach or impart the knowledge gained to anyone else because the EQSP and EQSA or any other courses conducted through QEH/SB are under patent and copyright but the more important reason is that only trained instructor is qualified to teach after going through special training and written permission from QEH/SB.

12. The EQSP course is very gentle and relaxing, in fact, the movements of the Qi-Synergy Art proper stress on slow, gentle and relaxing movements coordinating with the mind, and the Qi generated. The Qi healing is performed by Master Wong once or twice a day depending on the seriousness of the health problems and each healing period normally last only about 2 minutes (as was in the past) and the rest of the time will be used to ensure that the disciples are able to master the Evergreen Qi-Synergy Art (EQSA), to use for the rest of their lives.

13. In the EQSP, uniforms in the form of cotton T-shirt, trouser, and shoes will be provided and have to be worn at all training venue and training time.
